Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies to generate leads and meet sales targets.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and Private Healthcare sectors.
- Manage the opportunity pipeline and sales process to achieve annual sales objectives.
- Promote the company's product portfolio and grow sales within the established region.
- Leverage sales channels and partners to drive business growth.
- Manage complex sales cycles and deliver large projects.
- Record customer information and contact details in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with intra-divisional colleagues and business development teams to identify and close sales opportunities.
- Organize local exhibitions and represent the company at national events to promote the brand and product range.
- Sales experience of 4 years+ in the NHS, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Knowledge of NHS structures and hospital sales.
- Natural sales flair and ability to work to targets.
- High-level fluency in spoken and written English.
- Able to drive due to travel requirements.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
