Job Description:

Premier Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a Business Process Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in streamlining and improving our business processes, including payroll operations.

About the Role:

  • Data Handling and Accuracy: Coordinate and manage data entry and maintenance of payroll records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborative Operations: Work closely with the Payroll Manager and Registrations Team to develop and implement efficient processes and communicate effectively.
  • Organised Task Management: Prioritise tasks effectively, manage a busy inbox, and stay on top of payroll-related activities.
  • Client and Employee Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing payroll inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Problem Solving and Clarity: Simplify complex payroll concepts for employees and clients, ensuring everyone understands the process and their entitlements.
  • Advanced Excel Use: Apply strong Excel skills for data management and analysis, using tools like pivot tables and formulas to support reporting and payroll accuracy.
  • Complete Payroll Process Management: Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, from generating trials and journals to creating BACS payment schedules, processing weekly payrolls, and balancing all figures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Payroll Expertise: Previous payroll experience is essential, with a solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Umbrella Company Knowledge: Familiarity with umbrella companies is a plus, but not required.
  • Transport Requirement: Access to your own transport is essential due to the office location.

Salary and Benefits:
