Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Strategic Account Leader to join our team at Clarity London Ltd. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead new business opportunities, develop client service processes, and collaborate with Clarity Partners to generate revenue.

**Responsibilities**
* Drive new business opportunities on omni-channel accounts, providing clear proposals and winning new clients and campaigns.
* Develop and implement client service processes, ensuring a consistent client experience across our global operations.
* Collaborate with Clarity Partners to create a billable Client Services function, generating revenue through strategy work and complex, integrated accounts.
* Support and mentor service-specific account management teams across Digital Performance, Experience, Creative Studio, and Measurement & Analytics, promoting excellent client experiences.
* Identify organic growth opportunities and bring together different teams to turn them into revenue growth and better client outcomes.
* Work with global client-service teams to support growth and success of client service delivery across key teams and build out long-term client services strategies for single-service teams.
