Salary

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus and Vodafone benefits.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Operations HR Business Partner team, driving an ambitious people plan to support the Consumer business strategy.

As a HR Business Partner, you will partner with members of Commercial operations leadership, focusing on organisational effectiveness, culture and engagement, talent management, and building leadership and professional capabilities across Head Office and Frontline roles.

  • You will be accountable for delivering central HR activities, such as annual reward review, performance development, recognition, and budget process.
  • You will drive improvement in Diversity and Inclusion and Engagement, supporting our Consumer D&I agenda and promoting offerings from the Group and UK.
  • You will contribute to specific people initiatives across the UK, utilising people analytics to support the achievement of the business strategy.
About You
  • You will have the ability to work closely with the business to create and execute people plans / priorities.
  • You will be experienced in managing complex employee relations cases from a HRBP perspective.
  • You will be able to manage cyclical HR activities, pay reviews, talent reviews, annual performance reviews etc.
  • You will have an understanding and focus on how to drive D&I priorities with the business.
  • You will be able to prioritise and identify core issues while managing competing deliverables and stakeholders.
  • You will have strong relationship & coaching skills, strong communication skills, analytical skills, and intellectual capacity to learn quickly.
