Main Responsibilities- Diagnostics and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, using site BMS for efficient problem-solving.
- Operating and maintaining facilities plant and equipment, including site BMS system management.
- Regular inspections and maintenance checks on facilities systems, identifying potential issues early.
- Repairing plant and equipment in-situ or in workshop facilities, minimizing downtime.
- Prompt response to site alarms, implementing corrective actions to prevent disruptions.
- Collaboration with colleagues to achieve scheduled and non-routine maintenance objectives.
- Driving improvements in energy efficiency and operational performance through proactive approach.
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
- Relevant Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a facilities department, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in electrical/mechanical fault finding and repair (pumps, fans, steam, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, power point, project).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
