About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician Lead to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your primary goal will be to identify and resolve any issues that may impact production, while also contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Perform repairs and replacements as needed, working closely with other teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless production.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including time spent, materials used, and outcomes achieved.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for improving maintenance processes and reducing costs.
