The role of a Maintenance Fitter at EnerSys Delaware Inc. involves working with our Energy Systems line of business to maintain equipment and perform planned preventative maintenance as scheduled. As part of this team, you will be required to comply with company environmental, health and safety procedures, complete planned preventative maintenance tasks, and repair equipment in breakdown situations.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong mechanical engineering background, with experience in hydraulic/pneumatic controls, and some knowledge and experience of robots would be beneficial. You should also have good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition, you must be physically fit and able to meet the demands of a physically demanding role.

The role comes with a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
