Operations and Maintenance Lead

We are looking for a talented Operations and Maintenance Lead to join our engineering team at Rogerstone Park.
This role involves overseeing the maintenance activities of the site, ensuring that equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing maintenance teams and will be able to implement plans to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Lead a team of engineers to undertake routine maintenance tasks and respond to breakdowns.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement change.
This role requires a '7 Day Fortnight' shift pattern, working 12 hour shifts over 7 days out of 14.
About You- A senior maintenance professional with experience in managing teams and implementing maintenance strategies.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and direct a team of engineers.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
