Shift Supervisor Role at Starbucks

We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising colleagues, delegating tasks, and motivating them to achieve their goals. You will also take charge of shifts in the Store Manager's absence and make business decisions.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who can ensure products are fresh, tasty, and available while delivering excellent customer service. As a Shift Supervisor, you will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain a smooth operation and supervise colleagues, delegate tasks, and motivate them to achieve their goals.

Requirements:

Supervisory experience is preferred, but if you've worked in hospitality or retail and feel prepared to move into a leadership role, we encourage you to apply.
