Supervisory Role in Coffee Shop

Store Overview: Our Starbucks store in Newmarket is a busy and vibrant location, serving a wide range of coffee drinks, food, and snacks to our customers. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store runs smoothly and that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and train new employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Estimated Salary: £32,500 - £40,000 per annum, based on 20-25 hours per week.
