We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entertainment Publicity Assistant to join our dynamic team at R&CPMK. As a key member of our Representation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of London-based personal publicists.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules for clients and publicists, collaborating closely with film/television studios, brand teams, and other third parties as required.
  • Coordinate and manage hair, makeup, and styling needs for clients and their press and event activities.
  • Monitor press breaks for clients, track online sentiment, and craft and maintain coverage reports.
  • Research press contacts and execute media outreach when required.
  • Maintain media databases and client press kits.
  • Provide administrative support including setting up conference calls, meetings, taking notes, and other tasks as needed.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
