About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at ATG Entertainment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for facilitating all aspects of preparation, pre-production, opening, and throughout the run of our live productions.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable interest in theatre and live events, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You will be proactive, flexible, and able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of production schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with production teams, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of productions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including production schedules, budgets, and contact information.
  • Provide administrative support to the production team, including preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve production-related issues.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a production or administrative role in the theatre or live events industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
