About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Publicity Assistant to join our Representation team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our personal publicists, including scheduling, research, and media outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Build detailed schedules for clients and publicists, collaborating closely with film/television studios, brand teams, and other third parties as required.
  • Media and Event Planning: Book and manage hair, makeup, and styling needs for clients and their press and event activities.
  • Press Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor press breaks for clients, track online sentiment, and craft and maintain coverage reports.
  • Research and Outreach: Research press contacts and execute media outreach when required.
  • Database Management: Maintain media databases and client press kits.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including setting up conference calls, meetings, taking notes, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience working with talent, entertainment, film studios, or agencies is strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
