About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at CPM United Kingdom Ltd. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management
  • Strong business acumen and sales strategy development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Full driving license
