Regional Account Manager

Location: Covering Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, and South Manchester, with remote working and regular travel within the region.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering aggressive motor finance targets and successfully recruiting new dealers in strategic areas and geographic territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage new client pipelines and negotiate commission terms.
- Prepare and present dealer commission term proposals.
- Provide dealer training on BNPP-PF systems, processes, and regulatory sales processes.
- Manage dealer sales to include financial products, customer suitability, credit volumes, business quality, margins, take-up rates, and accept rates.
- Handle complaints and dealer liaison.
- Manage customer cycles, lead generation, and end-of-term PCP processes.
- Develop and lead wholesale finance initiatives.
- Full driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Retail motor finance experience, either with a motor finance provider or retail motor sales operation.
- Outstanding track record in business development and account management.
- Resilience and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Target and results-driven.
- Commercial awareness and strong organizational skills.
- Confidence and networking ability.
