We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Global Medical Arrangements Coordinator to join our team at Healix. As a key member of our Global Medical Arrangements team, you will be responsible for arranging international pre-deployment medical assessments for individuals going to work overseas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-deployment medical screenings for employees and their families being deployed overseas
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure that medical screenings are conducted in accordance with their needs
  • Collaborate with our medical team to provide comprehensive medical screenings and assessment outcomes for each individual
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer care and service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in global health and security
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is highly desirable
