Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Vice President - European Real Estate

Lockton's European Real Estate team is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the delivery and client service for a variety of European property managers and owners accounts. As a senior advocate, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the day-to-day operational activities of the team, delivering enhanced services and added value to clients, and reviewing and approving client reports as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and monitor the day-to-day operational activities of the team, ensuring effective communication and accountability thrive within the team.
  • Client Service: Deliver enhanced services and added value to clients, maintaining a robust approach to ensure all clients have a service plan aligned to their needs.
  • Reporting and Approval: Review and approve client reports as required, adopting a solutions-based approach to contribute to technology enhancements.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify resource needs at an operational level and contribute to business case proposals where required.
  • Training and Development: Assume responsibility for sourcing or organizing training opportunities for associates, ensuring buddy and mentoring programs are fully utilized as appropriate.
  • New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through new business activity and networking events.
  • Client and Market Contacts: Build and grow a wide network of client and market contacts, serving as a role model and mentor to associates in developing same.
  • Real Estate Insurance Broking Experience: Significant experience in Real Estate insurance broking, managing European Real Estate accounts, is essential for this role.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, are crucial for success in this position.
  • Leadership and Development: Ability to support and enable the development of less experienced colleagues and direct reports is also essential.
