Children's Residential Support Worker Opportunity

We are offering a challenging and rewarding role for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at S G S Care Ltd. This is a full-time position, working permanently at one of our 9 regional homes in Stafford, Staffordshire.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £30,800- £32,700 per annum, inclusive of sleep-in allowance. In addition to this, we offer loyalty bonuses, health cash plans, and free meals during shifts.

Job Description:

  • To support the daily living needs of young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
  • To work closely with other professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  • Ideal experience in supporting children, but a passion for working with children is essential
