Support Worker

In order to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents, staff are required to undergo regular training and assessments. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be expected to participate in these activities and adhere to our policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to obtain), and a UK valid driving license. Our company, SGS Care Ltd, has a commitment to providing high-quality care and has a proven track record with Ofsted.
As a member of our team, you will be part of a professional and dedicated unit that works tirelessly to provide safe and supportive environments for children and young people. This is a permanent position, with an estimated salary of approximately £24,573 per annum. The working hours are 24 hours part-time, with the requirement to work 6 sleeps within a 4-week rolling rota.
