Support Services Worker

We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our team in Stafford. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with diverse needs, ages, and levels of independence.
Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, promoting social interaction, and encouraging personal growth. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of individual care plans.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate empathy and understanding towards our service users.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
