Job Description

YMCA Brisbane is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Support Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an OSHC Relief Educator, you will be responsible for providing quality care and education to primary school children before and after school, as well as during school holiday periods.

You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children. You will also provide support and training to new staff members, engage with children through educational activities, and assist with administrative tasks such as enrolments, phone enquiries, and events planning. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices, a current First Aid and CPR certification, and a Positive Notice Blue Card. We offer a salary of around $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including career coaching, career pathway programs, and discounts for Y OSHC Services and Day Care Facilities.
