Regional Sales Manager

A successful Regional Sales Manager is required to drive business growth in the London and M25 area for Palmer McCarthy Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our national sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the region by converting immediate sales opportunities and identifying new business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional from various sectors, as security industry experience is not required. You will have the autonomy to manage your workload, a competitive salary up to £65,000 with OTE potential of £90,000, car allowance or car, and clear advancement opportunities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the London and M25 area.
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive networking and lead sourcing.
  • Negotiating and securing advantageous agreements with clients to foster long-term relationships.
