Localization Editor - French, German, Italian, or Spanish

We are seeking a highly skilled Localization Editor to join our global team at Language Business. As a Localization Editor, you will be responsible for working on localisation and translation projects for our entertainment-related materials, including video games, websites, apps, and product packaging, for French, German, Italian, or Spanish speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and proofread a wide variety of video game-related material, including press releases, websites, social media copy, and video subtitles.
  • Ensure consistency in the use of language terminology and style in French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Use a tone that is engaging and appropriate for the local audience and channel of communication, while staying true to the source text information and brand directions.
  • Edit grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, and other aspects of written content to ensure high-quality translations.
