Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external demands, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the MD is prepared for meetings.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize internal and external demands to the Managing Director
- Diary management and client servicing to the Managing Director
- Prepare the MD for meetings with documentation and information
- Respond to emails, action client requests, and prioritize inbox
- Manage client actions in the task system
- Summarize advice emails to clients within 6 months and 1 year
- Prepare Strategy Documents, LifePlans, and Voyant reports
- Prepare Business submission CFR and Analytics reports
- Manage diary, booking meetings and client reviews
- First point of contact, dealing with calls and emails
- Manage LOA process, expediting information retrieval
- Prepare meeting packs and take meeting notes
- Generate and book in client meetings
- Plan and manage client events
- Submit fund switches and confirm receipt of client funds
- Client servicing actions, such as sending cards
- Highly motivated with a great work ethic

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
