Independent Living Assistant

Disability Equality (NW) Ltd is seeking an experienced Independent Living Support Worker to join our team and support an individual with their daily needs.
About the Job:- The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
- They will work closely with the individual to ensure their needs are met and provide companionship when needed.
- Additional responsibilities include preparing meals and snacks, contributing to light domestic duties, and accompanying the individual to appointments and social events.
This role operates on a 2-week rotation with varying hours and rates of pay:
Thursday: 8am-3pm | £12.00/hour, Friday: 8am-3pm | £12.00/hour, Saturday: Off, Sunday: OffCompensation and Benefits:The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate, 5.6 weeks' holiday pay, and access to a workplace pension scheme. A DBS check is required, which will be paid by the employer if successful.
