Job Description

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Clitheroe, supporting service users with learning disabilities in their home. The successful candidate will be a resourceful and energetic individual who is willing to participate in activities that promote independence and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as swimming and gym sessions
  • Accompany service users to local community events and activities
  • Provide one-to-one support to service users in their daily lives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Committed and enthusiastic approach to supporting service users
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
  • Experience working with people with learning disabilities (essential)
