We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Manager to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. Located in the heart of Bloomsbury, our hotel offers a unique blend of traditional charm and modern amenities.

As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front office team, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your expertise in conflict resolution, effective time management, workload prioritization, and individual staff development will be essential in supporting our staff and driving business success.

With a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes, you will contribute to a culture of high-quality standards, relationship building, customer service, and selling techniques. Your ability to provide support, information, and guidance to new staff members will be crucial in ensuring they integrate and operate in accordance with company procedures and expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Checking all arrivals for the next day and 3 days in advance, checking guests in/out, and taking payments.
  • Supporting staff through conflict resolution, effective time management, workload prioritization, and individual staff development.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes and contributing to a culture of high-quality standards for relationship building, customer service, and selling techniques.
  • Providing support, information, and guidance to new staff members to ensure they integrate and operate in accordance with company procedures and expectations as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
  • Ensuring that all bookings are guaranteed and no-show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate.
