Pan Pacific London is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. As a key member of our Reception team, you will be responsible for creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check in and check out guests according to our standards.
  • Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services.
