Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Intervention Specialist for Supported Housing to join our team in Tameside. In this role, you will work closely with a range of professionals to ensure risk assessment, management, and safeguarding requirements are effectively planned, assessed, responded to, and met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive support to individuals with mental health issues
  • Lead the staff team in delivering guided intervention models and brief interventions
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Manage resources effectively and deal with 'high-risk' clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A QCF in Health and Social Care (ideally level 3) or equivalent qualification
  • Significant understanding of mental health issues and experience working in housing and social care environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
