About the Role

As a Behavioural Intervention Specialist with The Education Specialists, you will work with students who require additional support to manage their SEMH needs. Your primary responsibility will be to implement targeted interventions and strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and teaching staff.
  2. Collaborate with external agencies to provide holistic support to students.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.
  4. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in education or social care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
