About the Role
Value Education is seeking a skilled Youth Behaviour Intervention Specialist to provide support and guidance to young people aged 11-17 in Pupil Referral Unit settings across Greater Manchester. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate empathy and resilience, with a passion for making a positive impact on disadvantaged youth.

The successful applicant will work closely with young people to address their social, emotional, and mental health issues, providing individualised support to help them access education and overcome challenges. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support and guidance to young people in Pupil Referral Unit settings
* Develop and implement individualised behaviour plans to address specific needs
* Collaborate with educational staff to ensure seamless transition between learning environments
* Engage with local community resources to enhance support services

Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g. youth work, psychology, social work)
* Proven experience working with young people in challenging environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Valid DBS check required
