Job Title: Brand Advocate: Inbound

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Brand Advocate: Inbound. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive customer service and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls effectively and efficiently using proactive customer service and call control techniques.
  • Create an exceptional experience for customers by using professional customer service techniques, personalizing, and focusing on adding value to the call.
  • Retain existing customers and services through proactive customer service/consulting techniques and enabling customers to perceive value in the service.
  • Resolve customer questions/concerns efficiently and effectively using active listening and personalizing techniques and focusing on adding value.
  • Resolve problems on the first call and with a minimum of transfers by consistently improving personal technical knowledge and understanding.
  • Manipulate systems and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel for final resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training in keeping with Client's requests and changing business strategies.
  • Maintain call performance goals (AHT, quality, and schedule adherence).
  • Adhere to HGS' policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and support HGS' Commitment to Excellence.

Requirements:
  • CXC/CAPE. At least 5 subjects including English A and Mathematics.
  • Experience. At least 6 months Sales/Customer Service experience and At least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience.
