About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Ensure that our home is a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including budgeting, staffing, and facilities management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
  • Minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
