TRCGroup is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead a beautiful nursing home near Aintree. We are committed to providing exceptional care and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of a nursing home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders. Your passion for delivering high-quality care and your ability to inspire and motivate your team will be instrumental in our continued success.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the home's operations, including quality assurance, governance, recruitment, retention, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a caring environment, preferably within a nursing home setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory management experience in a healthcare facility.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and accounts effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
  • Leadership qualities, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
