About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Specialist Resourced Provision as an Autism Leadership Specialist. This role will involve providing high levels of support for teaching and learning under the direction of the Head of Provision.

As an Autism Leadership Specialist, you will have good knowledge of how to support pupils with autism and wish to develop your management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching and learning in our Specialist Resourced Provision
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance pupil progress and well-being
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to promote achievement for all
