Senior Marketing Manager

ESP Recruitment London seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and support our annual revenue targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a commercially focused marketing and communications plan, building commercial partnerships, and overseeing the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibitions and Commercial Services Marketing:
    • Develop and implement a targeted marketing plan to support client retention, acquisition, and business development strategies.
    • Drive marketing activity to support sales and relationship building, including email campaigns, newsletters, and direct mail.
    • Manage all digital marketing activity, including organic and paid-for activity.
    • Manage the company's presence at relevant exhibitions, trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
  • Partnerships Marketing Support:
    • Develop relationships with key sponsors and partners to provide marketing and PR support and maximize partnership opportunities.
  • Managing Key Client Relationship:
    • Drive a programme of marketing support for key clients, including sourcing new partners and opportunities.
    • Oversee the development of the marketing support package to deliver a better guest experience.
  • Data and Insights:
    • Use market research and insights to support the development of marketing campaigns and ensure measurement and ROI are key to activity.
  • PR & Communications:
    • Develop and deliver an annual PR plan targeting key national and international trade titles.
    • Work in partnership with the PR and Communications Manager to develop and execute an annual social media plan across all social channels.
  • Supplier and Partner Management:
    • Manage and develop all key supplier and partner relationships to identify and drive forward new opportunities and relationships.

Experience:

  • Experience of working in a senior marketing role in the exhibition or hospitality sector, with the ability to demonstrate a wide range of marketing skills and competencies.
  • Experience of working for an organisation with a strong commercial focus and customer service ethos.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related subject preferred.
