Job Title: Clinical Mental Health Practitioner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Hourglass. As a Clinical Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and families affected by mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop care plans for children and families
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans
  • Advocate for children and families to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Experience working with children and families affected by mental health issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
