Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Hourglass. As a Clinical Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and families affected by mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop care plans for children and families
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans
- Advocate for children and families to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Experience working with children and families affected by mental health issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
