Caring Mental Health Specialist

At Tripod Partners, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) to join our West Lancs CAMHS team in Skelmersdale. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, where you will be supporting young people with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Case Manager, you will provide support and care coordination for children and adolescents within the CAMHS team.
- You will conduct initial assessments (IA) and participate in ward and duty duties as required.
- Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to develop and review care plans and interventions.
- Participate in team meetings to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all patients.
Position Details:
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Duration: ASAP - Until 31/01/2025
- Rate: £26.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
- Qualified Mental Health Practitioner (RMN or Social Worker)
- Experience in CAMHS or similar mental health settings
- Strong case management and multi-disciplinary teamwork skills
