About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Mental Health Practitioners to join our team at Tripod Nursing in Skelmersdale, West Lancashire. As a CAMHS Practitioner, you will work closely with children and young people to identify their mental health needs and develop effective care plans.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage the mental health and wellbeing needs of children and young people
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure effective service delivery

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (£24.00 - £31.50 per hour)
  • Competitive hourly rates: £25.00 (weekday), £33.00 (Saturday/Night), £40.00 (Sunday/Bank Holiday)
  • Umbrella or PAYE options available

Requirements:

  • Core profession such as RMN (NMC registered), OT, or Social Worker
  • Relevant experience working within CAMHS
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and risk management skills
