About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as a specialist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

Job Summary

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The successful candidate will work with young people who experience severe distress, self-harm, or suicidal ideation.

Responsibilities
  • Act as case manager to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach
  • Offer immediate support in emergency situations
Requirements
  • Fully enhanced DBS check
  • NMC registration
  • Experience providing mental health assessments
  • CAMHS experience

Location and Salary

The role is based in Westgate House, Skelmersdale, and offers a competitive salary, including £27 per hour LTD. We also offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
