Job DescriptionThis role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- Participate in regular team meetings to ensure seamless care coordination
The ideal candidate will possess a Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC. Part-time opportunities are also available.
