Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care Coordinator - West Lancashire

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our CAMHS team in West Lancashire as Care Coordinators.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CAMHS, particularly in RMN, OT, or Social Work. They will be responsible for coordinating care plans, conducting assessments and interventions, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans for children and young people with CAMHS needs, emphasizing timely risk assessments and interventions.
  • Collaborative Working: Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver assessments and interventions, support duty tasks, and participate in team meetings.
  • Service Improvement: Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.

Position Details:

  • Location: Skelmersdale, West Lancashire.
  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Rates:
  • Weekday Rate: £25.00 per hour.
  • Saturday/Night Rate: £33.00 per hour.
  • Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £40.00 per hour.
  • Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available.

About the Role:

  • Core Profession: RMN (NMC registered), OT, or Social Worker.
  • Relevant Experience: Strong experience within CAMHS.
  • Assessment and Intervention Skills: Excellent assessment, intervention, and risk management skills.
  • Collaborative Working: Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
