- Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) – CAMHS Case Manager
- Job Summary: Tripod Partners is recruiting a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join the West Lancashire CAMHS team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Case Manager, providing support and care coordination for children and adolescents within the CAMHS team.
- Conduct initial assessments and participate in ward and duty duties as required.
- Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to develop and review care plans and interventions.
- Participate in team meetings to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all patients.
- Position Details:
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Duration: ASAP
- Rate: £26.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Requirements:
- Qualified Mental Health Practitioner (RMN or Social Worker)
- Experience in CAMHS or similar mental health settings
- Strong case management and multi-disciplinary teamwork skills
