Sales Growth Specialist

Job Overview:
We are a well-established recruitment business with an excellent reputation in the local area, seeking a Business Development Consultant to help drive growth. Our office is located in Watford Central, covering temp and perm recruitment across various sectors.
About the Job:
- Achieve a monthly revenue target of £x
- Develop a robust sales plan detailing outbound activity, lead conversion, pipeline assessment, etc
- Meet monthly meeting targets and convert inbound marketing leads
- Promote the company's recruitment services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare and deliver sales tenders and presentations
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
About You:
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in customer support is a plus, and some recruitment knowledge would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to build rapport with clients.
