About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Reporting Manager to join our Capital Reporting team at Aviva. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing processes to deliver quarterly Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) results and other Internal Model validation tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise junior members in the team and work with other areas of Finance to produce the quarterly SCR in line with Aviva's Internal Model methodology.
  • Review results presented to senior collaborators and ensure accurate and insightful outputs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Finance function and wider business to deliver high-quality financial results and analysis.
  • Develop and implement changes for capital reporting within Aviva and work with the North Star team to develop and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Life insurance and reporting experience, with a good understanding of Solvency II and IM4.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make judgements about financial results.
  • Strong risk and control focus to ensure correct and insightful outputs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to present results to senior stakeholders.
