About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Actuarial Trainee to join our team at Aviva. As an Actuarial Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and contributing to the development of our actuarial functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of actuarial models and reports to inform business decisions
  • Contribute to the analysis of data and the identification of trends and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and colleagues
Requirements
  • Currently studying towards the Faculty and Institute of Actuaries (IFoA) examinations
  • Relevant actuarial work experience in the Life Insurance sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and establish alternatives and solutions
  • Highly numerate and computer literate, with strong Excel skills
