We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Care Outlook Ltd. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the direct management of our care team, ensuring that we deliver a high-quality service to our customers.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Direct management of the care team, including staff development through supervisions, appraisals, and training
  • Creating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans to ensure staff rotas meet service users' needs and aspirations
  • Ensuring care assessments, care and risk planning meets best practice and customers aspirations
  • Collaboration with the Recruitment Team to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels
  • Providing care services to service users in an emergency and arranging emergency cover when required
  • Ensuring that telephones are answered promptly and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner
  • Working alongside the Branch Manager to ensure that all quality standards, complaints, and comments are dealt with promptly
  • Participation in the paid on-call rota, including weekends if required
  • Implementation of measures to comply with CQC regulations and striving for the best care standards possible

Requirements:


  • 100% commitment to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
  • Flexibility to cover on call to meet the needs of the business (essential)
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential)
  • Experience in Care Coordinating or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
  • Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
