Care Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Skylark House Care Home in Horsham. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise your shift team to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Administer and record medication, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and improve services
  • Provide a positive and professional approach, promoting a fun and inclusive environment for residents
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • IT literacy and ability to use care management systems
