Care Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader at Skylark House Care Home in Horsham. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of care staff to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care is provided to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • Experience in a care leadership role.
