As a key member of our Customer Support and Services Solutions (CS3) line of business, you will play a critical role in back office operational technical support for Typhoon Fast Jet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve, structure, and analyze operational, engineering, and logistics data to optimize spares and repairs chain performance.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery and Project Engineering managers to ensure performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Liaise with logistics, field engineers, and QA departments to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Work closely with our JAS Partner, BAES, to maintain a single source of truth for in-service support data.
  • Support future bid activity for follow-on JAS contracts.
  • Review defects and provide analysis against in-service support data with the back office support teams.
  • Support the wider JAS team in utilizing dashboards and data analytical techniques to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Interface with the CS3 Digital team to develop tools and define requirements.
  • Establish support strategies and conduct support modeling tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience applying Supportability engineering and standards.
  • Knowledge of logistics and engineering activities for complex Defence or Aerospace products.
  • Experience working with Engineering Project Managers and Integrated Project Teams (IPTs).
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and drawing insights from data to produce current and forecast projections.
  • Technical competence in creating data visualizations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, and Data Analysis Tools.
  • Considerable level of expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
